Hard Rock Cafe Review, Hours of operation and directios to Hard Rock in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
Hard Rock Cafe Self Description: Fantastic Food and Drinks on the Oceanfront Boardwalk Downtown Myrtle Beach.
Short Review: Hard Rock Cafe is located at Broadway At The Beach and it is a nice place to eat or spend some time browsing or shopping for tourist momentos. This is an above average dining experience for regular resturant days or in this review it was a great place to have Thanksgiving dinner.
See the detailed review below the pictures of the Hard Rock Cafe.
Full Review: - We made reservations a month in advance for the Hard Rock Cafe Thanksgiving Day buffet. It was advertised as a turkey dinner with all the trimmings, beverages and desert. The meal was exactly that.
We checked in at the restaurant and were seated with a couple minutes later. The semi-enclosed booth we were seated in was fairly private and cozy, one of the few in the restaurant in crowded among other tables. Very nice.
Families of all sizes had chosen Hard Rock Cafe for their Thanksgiving Day dining. Single tables, double tables and numerous tables forming long rows provided the environment to enjoy the Rock and Roll history ambiance during this home cooking holiday feast.
After our waitress greeted us and took our beverage order, we visited the buffet table which was set up in the next room.
The buffet began with salad fixings, then continued onto vegetables, including garnishments which could be added such as real, cooked bacon crumbles for the green beans and seasonings and marshmallows for the sweet potatoes. There was cornbread dressing, turkey gravy and cranberry sauce at the end of the buffet along with hard rolls and butter. Another table had the very moist, carved turkey and more turkey gravy.
We arrived for our 2:30 reservation and the restaurant was very full. By 3:30 it had thinned out, many diners had left and the buffet line was non-exisitent.
While we dined staff were cleaning the buffet area and keeping the buffet pans filled with fresh food.
Our waitress took our desert order, bringing us a serviing of chocolate mousse and a piece of pumpkin pie.
There was no rush, everything was handled like a symphony, the production was a work of culinary satisfaction.
As we exited past the Hard Rock Cafe gift shop at the top of the massive staircase, numerous families had stopped to browse the selection of gifts, many adorned with Hard Rock Cafe logos or Myrtle Beach logos.
