Full review of this Restaurant: We arrived in the off season, on a weekday, at the beginning of supper service. The restaurant dining areas and restrooms were very clean. The hostess was friendly and seated us promptly. We were greeted by our waiter, Junior from Brazil who told us, when we inquired, that he had worked at Ramando's for four years. Italian music was playing softly in the background.

From the wine list, we chose Stone Wood Merlot, from California, one bottle was $22. Our salads arrive, along with a dish of fresh grated Parmesan cheese. A basket filled with the grilled Italian bread was refilled during dinner as were the ice-teas.

The entrees arrived after our salads were finished, we never felt rushed and the dinner service was given in harmony as expected for a fine dining experience. The Linguine with White Clam Sauce, was very hot and loaded with clam pieces, with three clam shells still holding the hot clams inside.

The Sauteed Garden Vegetable Pasta Primavera with Shrimp arrived warm and was very good. The shrimp were a bit over-cooked, with the shrimp being tougher than appropriate. The entree had not been dished onto a hot plate, which resulted in the entree cooling quickly.

We finished with Tiramisu which was delightful, one of the best we have enjoyed and the Cannoli shell was a little harder, crunchier than we prefer.
